KYC Policy

1. Overview

Altara Markets Ltd requires all clients to undergo identity verification in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) standards before engaging in live trading or funding activities.

2. Proof of Identity (POI)

Clients must provide a clear, color copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. Acceptable documents include:

• Valid Passport
• National Identity Card
• Valid Driver's License

3. Proof of Address (POA)

Clients must provide a document confirming their residential address, dated within the last 3 months. Acceptable documents include:

• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet)
• Bank or credit card statement
• Government tax statement or certificate of residence

4. Verification Process & Timelines

Documents submitted via the Client Portal are reviewed within 24 business hours. If documents do not meet compliance clarity standards, additional documentation may be requested.
