How we identify, manage, and prevent potential conflicts of interest.
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Altara Markets Ltd maintains and operates effective organizational and administrative arrangements to identify, prevent, and manage potential conflicts of interest between the firm, its employees, and its clients.
Conflicts may arise where the firm or an employee stands to make a financial gain or avoid a loss at the expense of a client, or where there is an incentive to favor one client over another.
We implement information barriers (Chinese Walls), independent supervision of operational units, transparent remuneration policies, and strict personal account dealing restrictions for staff.
Where organizational arrangements are insufficient to guarantee that risks of damage to client interests will be prevented, Altara Markets Ltd will clearly disclose the conflict to the client before undertaking business.
